The company provides value added Contracting and allied support services to the construction industry in particular and other sectors of the Nigerian economy in general. Jokevour began operation in the year 2008 as a Limited Liability Company.

Service Areas
Our history begins with construction of residential and commercial buildings, with a focus on both structural integrity and aesthetic balance.
Our continuous growth and expansion led us to also engage in draianages, road, and public amenities projects in several parts of the nation.
We are experts at GSM Cell Site projects, having executed hundreds of Turn-key site builds for various telecommunication and network providers across the nation, and Africa.
Several of our projects have included the fabrication, installation/erection of steel framed structures i.e. Diesel Tanks, Palisade fences, Outdoor Shelter, Microwave and Electricty poles, Billboards and pre-assembled Telecommunication masts.
We provide much needed support for construction projects, heavy-duty machineries, scaffoldings, and project management services.
We know challenges with obtaining materials, at estimated cost, quantities, and quality can cause creep and project delay. We have access to a large repository of industry professionals across the nation, and can deliver the best of materials within reasonable cost, to other industry professionals.
We are consultants, project managers; we provide services from planning and sheduling to execution and management of real estates development.
Projects
The Company is currently in technical collaboration on design, joint execution and installation of specialist works and building production management services with selected companies across Nigeria.

efficient units with a minimum of bureaucracy, its philosophy is to create

Our Team
Builder Joseph Sunday Wusu is highly qualified and skilled professional. He
graduated from Yaba College of Technology in May 1994.
He started his carrier with GYB Consult Ltd in Feb. 1994 and later joined
Project bond Ltd. in June 1996, where he later rose to become the Project
Manager before joining GLORIUS SMTZ CONSULT LIMITED in July 1998.
He is a Corporate member of Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and a
registered member of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). He
is married with children.
He is a valuable asset to the company, a graduate of Agricultural Engineering
from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Having worked as a project
manager for Glorius SMTZ Consult Limited, he joined Jokevour & Company
Limited and is in charge of our operations and delivery of our projects across
the nation.
With over 8 years experience, and a Project Management Professional
Certification, he has been an important resource in execution of our projects.
A goal-oriented professional with exceptional technical knowledge and skills in
architecture and construction.
Holding a Masters of Science in Housing after accomplishment of Higher
National Diploma and Post Graduate Degree in Architecture, he is a highly
creative, self-motivated individual with years of experience gathered from
working as a clerk of works, an architectural assistant, a design team leader,
site supervisor, a project manager, an administrator of studio and office
manager. He became our head of HSE, due to his tenacity for details, and strict
adherence to safety principles with commendation from our clients.
An Higher National Diploma Holder in Building Technology from Yaba College of Technology, he has since worked with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, which afforded him numerous experience, executing projects such as National Assembly Complex, Racecourse, Lagos. Ministry of Sport,Youths & Social Development – Force Road, Lagos and Residential Staff Quarters Yaba Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos; among others. He is also a member of Nigerian Institute of Building and Building Collapse Prevention Guild, an NGO.
